Refund and Returns Policy:

Returns:
Eligibility for Returns:

To qualify for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

The item should be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
It must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
You’ll need to have your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

Return Process:

Return Authorization:

Once we approve your return, we’ll send you a return authorization number along with instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Ship Your Item:

Please pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return authorization number. Then, ship it to the address provided in the return instructions.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (like receiving the wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If it’s approved, we’ll process your refund, and you’ll see a credit applied to your original payment method within 7 days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

Then, reach out to your bank or credit card company, as it might take a little while for your refund to officially post. Damaged or Defective Items:
