Refund and Returns Policy:

Returns:

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Authorization:

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Ship Your Item:

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return authorization number. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds:

Late or Missing Refunds:

Exchanges:

We will provide instructions on how to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@rowland.com.pk or +92-52-704-5514 with details and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
