Bosal Bridle Leather
Description
The Rowland G Leather Brown Bosal Bridle, often just referred to as a bosal, is a unique type of bitless bridle that’s mainly used in Western riding. This bridle is a key part of the traditional vaquero training method and is particularly favored for starting young horses. The bosal itself is a special kind of noseband crafted from rawhide or leather, and it functions by applying gentle pressure to the horse’s nose and jaw. This design allows trainers to work on a young horse’s responsiveness without the use of a bit.
